!!!This is not a real post, just for practice Kylie's blog! Hello there! Welcome to my blog :) I'm Kylie, and I'm just starting out on this blogging journey. It might seem sort of intimidating to start out with absolutely nothing written, but I assure you that you can do it! When starting a new blog, one of the first things you should do is think about what your end goal is. My end goal - or maybe more like dream - is to be a freelance writer and blogger. But to become a professional writer, one has to be able to turn crappy writing into publishable writing. So, what do I need to accomplish before I can write my own blog posts about whatever subject I choose? Well, I need to practice my typing, spelling, and grammar. That's where this blog comes in. The main purpose of this blog is to act as a sort of journal for me to record any mistakes that I make while writing, which I don't think anyone would mind if they were reading :) I hope you like it! Feel free to comment (on the side bar) or contact me with questions (through either by email or facebook). P.S. - This is all my own work, so, if you find it useful, i'll appreciate it if you'd credit me! :) [ARTICLE END] In 2003, she began writing a weekly column in the "Freshman" section of the school newspaper, where her gags were aimed at note-passers and other students, although she later changed the column's direction to focus on being more informative for students. In 2005, she dropped out of college after a number of failed attempts to get a degree. In 2009, she began writing a weekly article about pop culture for "The Lifestyles," a college humor magazine. She also began writing a monthly column for their sister site "Club 33 Magazine," in December 2010. In October, she was offered the position of feature author and humor columnist for "The Rampage," Pittsburgh's largest student newspaper. In March 2011, Kylie was offered the position of feature writer and writer for "ZigZag" Magazine in Los Angeles. She returned to Pittsburgh in September 2011 and started freelance writing full-time, accepting work from all over the country, but her main focus is on content mills and blogging. This is a list of some of the links that Kylie has used for her pop culture articles. On October 9, 2011, Kylie announced that she would be interviewing several members of the cast of Jersey Shore, including Paul "Pauly D" DelVecchio and JWOWW for "ZigZag" magazine. She was told before hand that she would be able to view the shooting of the current season while there working. However, after shooting two episodes in Los Angeles, Pauly canceled interviews with all reporters. At this time Kylie had been working 9 days straight with no vacation or time off. Kylie kept her head high and continued to work hard despite Pauly's behavior towards her. cfa1e77820
